We have established an integrated learning platform that seamlessly merges performance golf coaching with the intricacies of Golf Course & Business Management, igniting the potential of the next generation of Golf Professionals.
At the heart of our educational mission is the Royal Norwich International Greenkeeping Qualification.
This comprehensive two-year program is meticulously designed to align perfectly with our Performance Golf Programme, creating a holistic learning experience for our students.
Upon successful completion of this journey, our graduates receive not only a Greenkeeping National Certificate from Elmwood College, St. Andrews, but also attain ILM Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Business Supervision & Management.
This unique blend of skills positions our graduates as formidable leaders in the golf industry, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
We understand that true mastery comes through hands-on experience.
Royal Norwich provides a nurturing environment where students can apply their knowledge and cultivate practical skills that are vital for success in the golf industry.
In addition to the Greenkeeping Qualification, our curriculum extends to Business Management.
This supplementary program ensures that our graduates are equipped with the essential skills to not only maintain golf courses but also to run them as thriving businesses.
Our aim is to bridge the gap between academia and the workplace, ensuring that our students are well-prepared for rewarding careers in the golf industry.
